30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

In original packaging

In the same condition as received

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Opened or used chemical products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 5 days of delivery. We may request photos to verify the issue before issuing a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Due to the nature of automotive detailing chemicals, opened products cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:
