Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or trade show events.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Events outside our control


Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not liable for carrier errors or delivery failures.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.


Hazardous Materials & Restricted Items

Some products, including flammable or aerosol items, may be subject to shipping restrictions or ground-only shipping requirements.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods as required to comply with carrier regulations and safety laws.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Retain all packaging materials.

  2. Take clear photos of the damage.

  3. Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may limit our ability to assist.
